As the final chapter of "terpsy" comes to a close, we find ourselves searching for the right words—ones that can hold all the flavors of joy, warmth, and gratitude we’ve shared with you.

At the end of 2024, "terpsy" unexpectedly and unwillingly became homeless. This was not how we envisioned our journey ending, but even in parting, we are filled with deep appreciation. To every guest who walked through our doors, every friend who gathered around our tables, every soul who found comfort in our dishes—you gave "terpsy" its true home.

You gifted us your trust, your laughter, your stories. You turned meals into memories, bites into conversations, and flavors into something far greater than food alone. That connection, that exchange, is what we will carry with us always—our most precious earnings from this journey.

Though "terpsy" must now say goodbye, it remains a testament to something greater: that sharing food with others is a universal human experience, one that transcends boundaries, cultures, and generations. And that spirit will never fade.
